Today I spent a happy second shaking the hand of the Swedish ambassador to Vanuatu.

The Swedish ambassador to Vanuatu is also the Swedish ambassador to the Antarctic.

The Swedish ambassador to Vanuatu and the Antarctic is based in Stockholm, Sweden (Europe)

I must confess, dear Diary, that I am a little confused;

Is the Swedish ambassador to Vanuatu and the Antarctic a rather versatile diplomatic heavyweight

Or just a seriously sidetracked civil servant?

I have not washed my hand since (just in case).
