Hello everybody!

Next Sunday, 16 July, I leave for Vanuatu. I will work and live there as a volunteer for VSO for two years. My job will be to train the Provincial and Area Councils of Malampa Province to implement the so called Rural Economic Development Initiative (REDI). As soon I find out what exactly all this means I will let you know - I am not 100% clear myself yet!

Through this blog I hope to share my adventures - such as they are - with you. And I am very much looking forward to your comments and contributions!
